With the rapid development of modern society, people’s living standards improvequickly, a rapid increase in the number of cars, more and more people pay attention atthe same time the parking problem, in order to achieve effective management of theparking lot, combined with some of the parking mode The development and currentstatus of the parking management system. Parking Management System is a typicalInformation Management System, the parking management system design featuresinclude floor vehicle management and back-end database management which venuevehicle management is divided into admission management module, charging module,user management module, parking parameters, the parking data management module,system management module. We elaborated management system software developmentprocess from system design and function to achieve.This thesis focuses on the drawbacks of the now commonly used artificialcharging management method, set design developed by ASP.Net garage parkingmanagement information systems, database using SQL Server2005to create, useODBC to access the database, using ADO operation of the database, using popular C/Sstructure, which is a client/server mode. The system is mainly used approach time withthe car, license plate number, vehicle identification car identity vehicle identificationnumber issued in the entrance admission certificate, based on the vehicle identificationnumber in the database in the export system automatically find the vehicle information,and automatic billing, charge parking fees. According to the function of the system is divided intoseven modules: login module, billing module, query module, card management module,user management module, report module parameter setting module, the text of thefunction of each module, operator interface, workflow a detailed introduction.The system has good performance and scalability, higher response speed andefficiency of the system in line with the actual parking management system, parking management for a fast, simple and standardized management platform. This is of greatsignificance to improve the level of information technology to reduce labor costs.
