Research On The Application Of 3D Technology In The Design Of Film And Television Humanoid Garage Kit

As an important part of the film and television derivatives,the humanoid garage kit plays an important role in the cost recovery of the film and television works and the orderly operation of the industrial chain.This paper mainly studies the feasibility of applying 3D technology to the design and production of humanoid film and television garage kits.3D technology has many advantages in product design,such as precise reetch,easy adjustment and so on.It has the characteristics of short cycle and simple operation.The application of this technology can not only improve the inherent defects of the traditional technology,but also achieve personalized customization.In this paper,four design methods of humanoid garage kit under the condition of 3D technology,realistic design,cartoon design,associative design and full personalization design,are summarized.3D model data were acquired by 3DS max software creation and gathering of the 3D scanner,and made solid model with 3D printing method,and simulated and summaried the general processes of 3D technology applied in the design and manufacture of humanoid film and television garage kits.Finally,according to the special personalization design method of humanoid film and television garage kit under the 3D technology,that is,the comprehensive material design,the 3D scanning method to obtain the human body 3D model data,printing and manufacture,using the comprehensive material to make the clothing and assemble the molding after coloring,we finally got the full personalized semi-stereoscopic humanoid film and television garage kits.The above research shows that the application of 3D technology in the design and manufacture of humanoid film and television garage kits is feasible.It can not only break through the limitation of traditional garage kits design and production methods,but also brings many advantages.3D technology can simplify the production process of humanoid film and television garage kits,save economic costs,but also plays a role in enhancing the degree of freedom of design and the realization of personalized customization of products and upgrade the product styles and so on.
