The Research Of Network Intelligent Management System Of Solid Garage

Along with the development of the society and the increase of the urban population day by day, parking problem has turned to be a large problem gradually.There are not enough parking seats on the limited ground area of the city,so developing to the space is a important approach to settle the currently problem. Solid garage is the effective solution of parking prolem in the present big city.The whole Solid garage system was divided into three level named as follow: field, monitoring and management.In the field level that was used the PLC distributing control system based on the profibus, we applied SIMATIC STEP 7 program software to accomplish hardware and network configuration included DP master and slaves. In the monitoring level the computer installed CP 5611 card was linked to network as DPM2. It uses WinCC configuration software deals with process at real time, and the OPC server which was integrated with it made other application(OPC client)may access process data, the field control network can to be connected to the management network by the OPC server. the management level used the Industrial Ethernet, OPC client in the management level can monitor field instance instead of on spot, the web server can be used in the long-distance monitoring.The whole field control system use SIEMENS products as master device, at the same time the supervising computer could provide a kind of man-to-machine communication, diagrams of circulating real-time data and parameters of all manufacture process, trouble alarm signals and so on, for the operator, the main communication of the system was applied the PROFIBUS field bus technology.The paper explains the application of OPC data server and OPC client at the last, therefore, it provides a feasible method of research on network monitoring system.
