The Design And Implementation Of OA System For Campus Based On N-layers Architecture

With the continous development of computer and nerworkcommunication,information resource and its kind becoming great richer than everbefore, making big demands for information and knowledge.In recent years, with theenlarge of business range in the field of trade and commerce,the load of administrationand managemnet becomes bigger.In order to improve the whole management level,andthe effeciency of using resources as well, It is necessary to implement office automationby introducing computer and networking technology in trade and commerce industry.Therefore, an open, networked and efficient office environment will be built, in whichthe group collaboration, flow control and convenient information query andmanagement will be available. It will provide the way to deliver and handle informationfor inside management and outside communication, thus promoting the wholemanagement level and the effeciency of resources. So, our research has significant andimportant value for pratical application.In our paper, combining the practice and requirement of manufacturing enterprises,a trade and commerce industry, a powerful and easy-to-use OA system is designed andimplemented in this paper. We conducted an enginering practice in which the method,principle, procedure and specification of software engineering is used to instruct thedesign and implementation of OA sytem.Our research work is listed as follows:Firstly,it describes the concept and developing history of OA and researches thedevelopment of the OA, this chaper provide the theory support for the development andimplementation of the system.Secondly, it analyses the key technology which will be used in the development ofthe system, such as J2EE, Structs framework, which provides the technology support forthe development.Thirdly, it analyses the requirement and writes test cases according to therequirement, divides the system to information management, work daily, officialdocument management, documents management, system deployment and etc.Fourthly, it designs and implements the system according to the requirement. Finally, it summaries the thesis, and give some suggestions about the developmentof the system.Now, the cooperative OA system is planned to be put into action. It has gain goodevalution from the leaders and end users in several department of our enterprise due toits flexible flow customization, multiple information and document templates,expandable system configuration, friendly human-machine interface andeasy-to-operation.
