Computer Supported Cooperative Work (CSCW) implements the group memebers in distributed locations to work together; it uses computer communication technology and information technology, allows the members communicating and accomplishes the common assignment, and is propitious to improve the group efficiency and quality. While Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) majors on solving bussiness integrated under distributed environment. It makes absolute service entities integrated to implement software architecture, keeps the software loose coupling and coarse particle size. This thesis firstly expatiates to analyzed CSCW apply demands, especially it involves many members, information exchange frequently and distributed environment, researched on CSCW software architecture. And during the building the CSCW system, it used service-oriented analysis and design method in demands analysis. Secondly, this thesis analysed the common merits between CSCW and SOA, made the two techonolies join in a whole entirety, and then gave a model of CSCW software architecture based on SOA, made the traditional three-tire architecture to four-tire architecture. It reached some special demands such as distributed, opening, independent and isomerism of CSCW. At the same time, the model emphasizes on bussiness process managment; used service-oriented analysis and design to keep the system correctly and effective. Finally, the paper gave an example to prove the model's feasibility.CSCW software architecture based on SOA model uses standard message transport based on literal such as XML to invoke services, which makes the business logic use third-part services to ensure the system works independence.
