According To Web OA System Realization

We use the B/S structure office automotive system realizing the archives past system on Intranet and internet. The user and the server alternatively realize on Web and Realization to information management. The system includes the system management, individual information, office work flow, the public information management. The office work flow provides the high speed channel to manifest the office majority daily function, exchange the bureau institution's document, improve the working efficiency and manifest the modern work idea. And the correlation flow may be carried on real-time to monitors and the archives acquirements. In the system there are also the status authenticates, the jurisdiction controls and the function with the digital certificate. This system has the quite high security performance. And the existing working condition carries on the performance to J2EE and the net overhead construction system contrasts through OA electron government affairs system which uses Exchange 2003 technology builds absorbs more experiences, improves existing OA, and discusses inserts type software.This paper studies the OA system of organs directly under the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee of e-government system has been applied.
