Design And Implementation Of Internship Management Platform Base On B/S Architecture

The higher vocational colleges aim to cultivate talents with high skills as the mainpurpose. Internship students taking the theoretical knowledge into practice is an importantmode of skilled talents cultivation in Higher Vocational colleges. Internship provides atransition platform for students who later officially stepped into the society on the actual work.Taking the employment as the guidance and actively doing a good job in practice work arefar-reaching significant to establish a right employment concept and improve the students’ability of occupation. Through the cultivation of internship, students can enter the actualsocial work environment, adapt to work as soon as possible, enhance the employability andcompetitiveness. At present, the school internship often aims a quick success, simplifies it aslabor output, which is not strictly compatible with what they have learned at school. Althoughpeople know the importance of Higher VocationalColleges post practice, but there’s no actualmode of operation to mobilize all parties involving in the teaching arrangement andexamination practice.The purely school unilateral deployment and regulation is not inplace,which leads students to drift outside from school, and the school can not fully realizethe training plan. Schools in the process of post practice still rely on traditionalcommunication tools and simple manual operation, unable to achieve real-time monitoring ofthe internship.Internship process execution efficiency and effect are unsatisfactory.This paper tries to achieve the students external supervision through the design andimplementation of a B/S framework based on the post practice management platform by usingthe current network information environment to solve the current problems in the internship.Firstly, the background and significance of system research, describes the research status athome and abroad, and the school internship management system needs analysis; secondly,thepaper elaborates on the system used in technology, focusing on the system networkarchitecture, J2EE technology, MVC mode, Struts technology,Ajax technology and MySQLdatabase; then, discusses the design and Realization of the system, finally show part of thesystem interface and test system.With the rapid development of computer network communication technology,information technology has gradually infiltrated into every aspect of our life. School, society,family can communicate and cooperate through information network.Both in thecommunication and cooperative education have become more and more convenient. Teachers,parents, enterprises can participate in the student’s internship process by logging on to thesystem through the browser,whenever and wherever possible as long as there’s a network platform.They can play each party’s duty to provide an efficient, convenient managementplatform for the student internship. This paper stresses on the J2EE technology,MVC threelayers architecture, AJAX technology through the implementation of a post practicemanagement system.
