The Research And Realization Of The Internship System Based On The Sina App Engine Platform

Currently, most colleges of our country have adopted the "2+1education pattern" making the internship as an important link of the cultivation of talents. So, it is quite necessary to manage the internship system efficiently.However, the traditional internship management method is backward and is of low efficiency. The existing internship management system is either of single function or is not fit for the teaching management of internship activities.So, to develop an internship management system is of great practical significance.According to the actual needs of a vocational college of Hunan province, as well as to help this college save the investment in hardware and software, this thesis develops an "Internship Management System for Students of a vocational college of Hunan" through deploying it on the SAE platform provided by Sina.Based on the framework of Spring MVC, and by virtue of the MySQL database, the author of this paper develops an’Tnternships Management System for Students from Vocational Colleges in Hunan"in the Java language. By applying five different levels modules:administrator module, university leadership modules, faculty leadership module, the instructor module, and internship module, Internship Management System has achieved the following main functions:First, a good internships management. It has achieved a dynamic management in the internships process; Second, a good interaction during the internships. It has helped to realize the tripartite interaction among the students, teachers and schools, and be accessible to solutions to various practice problems in time; Third, the statistics and inquiry of internships, which helps colleges to collect, analyze the statistical data, thus providing scientific guidance for college students’employment; To effectively solve the problem of checking student attendance, the author sets up an Internship Management System based on the We-chat public platform, thus realizing the check of students’ attendance and real-time positioning and monitoring by tracking students’ mobile phones. And through applying the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making theory to evaluate the main website deployment platform in the market, the author finally selects the Sina App Engine platform to deploy the Internship Management System. Now, this system performs steadily in a vocational college of Hunan and produces application value. It has also helped this college manage the internship management system effectively and is at the same time accepted by users.
