The Design And Realization Of The Student Attendance Management System Of Higher Vocational Colleges On Substitution Internship

The substitution internship of students is an indispensable important part in the learning process of high vocational colleges.Based on the requirements of enterprises,students are assigned to different groups and lines during working practice as substitute worker.They work strictly according to relevant regulations as general staff do,which makes them experience the ups and downs of work in advance,improves their practical operation ability and lays a good foundation on graduates to work in the future.Because of scattered areas and different practice time of each group,working practice as substitute worker brings many inconveniences to student attendance management system work of school.In order to solve this problem,we need to develop a substitution internship management system of student to make a standardized and effective management in the process of substitution internship.Based on the actual demand of the high vocational colleges,the paper introduced the development background and the researched status of the student attendance management system of higher vocational Colleges on substitution internship in detail,and determined the relevant tools and techniques needed to develop the system.Before the discussion of the system design,this paper first carried out the feasibility analysis system development,the detailed needs analysis and the business process analysis and data flow analysis.On the basis of detailed analysis of the above system,this paper designed and detailed function module design and database on the student attendance management system on substitution internship,then based on the C/S(Client/Server)structure using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 as the database,Visual Studio 2005 as the software development platform,and C # as the software developing language to realize the student attendance management system on substitution internship.And the system has been tested and debugged.Finally,the work done by the development of the student attendance management system on substitution internship were summarized and prospected.
