Design And Realization Of The Management Information System Of Vocational College Students On Off-campus Internship

The off-campus internship of students is the core content for colleges and universities to conduct talent-training mode that integrates work and study, and combines school and enterprise. It is an effective way to improve the job skills of students as well as enhance the overall quality and employment competitiveness of students. However, problems like the large number of students, scattered distribution of internship jobs, complex internship content and long internship period have brought many inconveniences for internship management work. Therefore, it is very important to develop an internship management information system to scientifically and effectively manage the students on off-campus internship and improve the internship effect and work quality.Based on the analysis of relevant knowledge such as the development background, and research status of the management system of vocational college students on off-campus internship, and the programming techniques needed for the development of off-campus internship system, the paper carries out the research in the main line of system analysisâ†'system designâ†'system realization. In the system analysis phase, this paper combines with the management experience of Zhejiang Vocational College of Commerce, analyzes the business processes, data flow, entity of the system and its associations, and further puts forward the main functions of the management information system for off-campus students, including the formulation and release of internship planning, questionnaires, evaluation and scoring, basic information management, teacher management, business management, problem management, user management, statistical analysis, attendance management, dynamic information release and remote guidance. In the system design phase, it designs detailed database as well as input interface and output interface of the system. In the system realization phase, the paper utilizes the database management system of Microsoft SQL Server and ADO technology to access the database and the technologies like the combination of JAVA SCIPT in ASP.NET and pages. Moreover, it applies the ASP.NET of Microsoft Visual Studio2008as the software development platform, takes C#as the software developing language and Microsoft SQL Server as the database server, bases on the B/S software structure framework to develop the software.The system design and development method in this paper have certain practical value.
