The Research On Construction And Application Of Technology Innovation Service Platform Based On TRIZ

Nowadays, medium-sized and small enterprises cannot get the innovative resourcesconvenience, and our existing innovation service platform spread dispersed, the TRIZinnovative tools cannot be best used. To solve the three questions, this paper constructs atechnology innovation service platform based on TRIZ. The platform integrates all therelevant innovative resources; rely on a set of tools which include the TRIZ tool, to provideone-stop innovation services through Internet, Call Center, SMS, Mobile Internet, below-lineservices channels.At first, these paper studies the present situation of TRIZ, technology innovation serviceplatform to prove the necessity to build the technology innovation service platform based onTRIZ.Then, define the functional orientation of the platform; design the overall architecture,service processes, and operational mechanism.For the overall architecture, the platform is designed as three-tier architecture, includingplatform access layer, platform application layer and platform resource layer. Platform accesslayer represents user can get the innovation services through Internet, Call Center, SMS,Mobile Internet, the down-line entity service hall channels. Platform application layerrepresents innovative services which the platform can provide. At the application layer, TRIZtools will support the realization of a wide range of services in this layer. The platformresource layer consists mainly of the patent pool, the pool of experts, the principles of theinvention and the effect of based on the TRIZ knowledge, Technology Library, software toolslibraries and other innovative resources. To make the platform operate efficiently, the paperdesigns a three-tier organizational structure of decision-making, management, execution layer,constructs the service process, and then expounds the resource management mode, chargingmanagement mode.After that, design and implement the Guangdong technological innovation serviceplatform, and analysis the platform application effect through the practical application case.
