In the process of education, students assess the teaching and service of the school in an objective right way and at the right time,which can not only help the school to clear the achievements and goals in education, teaching, management and service, but also prompt the quality of teaching and service. With the rapid development of information technology,the old questionnaire and statistics will be replaced by digitized assessment system. In the design process of assessment system, we should not only concern if the system functions are complete, but also consider if the operation is convinent to make sure the student can operate it at any time and any place. The more important is whether the method of statistics is scientific, which will affect the objectivity, impartiality and credibility of the assessment results.The main work of this paper includes:The main contribution is a deep research on the IT project management, database, B/S structure program design, design and analysis of algorithms, mobile phone interactive application development and related technology. According to the management standard of some Guangdong technical school, the paper designed a practical, easy-to-use, scientific, secure and complete entire solution to the students’assessment system. The paper introduced the vague maths to statistic of the assessment data and informationized the subjective and vague assessment data, which made the results more comparable. The paper used cosine theorem to analyze the credibility of the assessment data, which reduced the influence of some spiteful assessment. The paper used more reasonable formula to reduce the influence(the amount of class and the course, for instant) on objective assessment.The author designed a mobile assessment terminal software.This high-powered and efficient mobile assessment platform enabled the students to use the PC, mobile phone to assess at any time and any place. The author designed standard data connector to connect all applying system,which ensured that the data exchange with outer system was correct, secure and usable. This connector can share the data with the management of school rolls, teaching, conduct evaluation and one-card campus to avoid isolated information resources.
