With the rapid development of information technology and the formation of the customer driven the market, many enterprises found their lack of marketing and service capabilities when they strengthen the financial, production, logistics and product management through the ERP, SCM and other management information systems. They also found that their performance increased slowly and the customer's satisfaction is declining. Building a good marketing and service system is a wise choice to break the bottlenecks in the management and development. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) emphasized to establish the modern enterprise that threat the customer as central and determine the market demand through customer value. So it meet the business needs of changing the strategy from product-centric to a customer-centric.This paper was based on the CRM system. It introduced the background of CRM system and the value of implementation. It completed the demand analysis, system analysis, the design of database and function modules according to the business processes. CRM is a system which used in the company. It provided four platforms. They are customer service, sales, finance and products. Sales platform is a data platform which can tracks opportunities and customers, improves customer satisfaction and conversion. This system achieves some functions that are the management of sales opportunities, the reservation of sales opportunities, customer, company, contracts and so on. I mainly involved in the completion of the following jobs:obtain the system requirements, the design of system architecture, the design and implementation of the various functional modules.Currently, the CRM system has been used in the company. It has brought great convenience to the sales staff. The using of this system has been improved the customer satisfaction, reduced the loss of the customers and increased the profits of the company.-And through the analysis of sales data, the quality of management had been effectively improved. And the company adapted to the increasingly fierce market competition is better.
