Mainly through the three modules, namely system maintenance module, student status management module, performance management module to student achievement information management. This system can provide a set of improve the organization’s operation efficiency and reduce operating costs, improve service quality, enhance the overall management level of the information management system.First of all, this thesis through to the Guangdong university of science and technology of the current student grade management information system on the basis of analysis, put forward to design a set of suitable for the actual management needs, adapt to the modernization of management, decision-making scientific development needs of the information management system of necessity and urgency. In the domestic and international student achievement management system on the basis of investigation and research, this paper includes business demand, function demand, data requirements and the functional requirements and needs analysis, on this basis, determine the system design objectives, system requirements, the feasibility of the presented system business flow diagram, use case diagram, class diagram and concepts for cases analysisSecondly, this paper in the system design, system structure analysis, business role analysis, working process analysis and database analysis, Student achievement management system that the overall design, function module design, database design, use UML modeling tool is the function of the module design structure, class diagram, sequence diagram and processing flow chart, and through the system maintenance module, student status management module, performance management module to realize the function of student achievement and two management.Again, this thesis elaborate design content, through the SQL SERVED database management software development database, VB software interface design, the use of network background support function and role authorization mechanism to ensure the security of the system stability, the use of entity class diagram, and the database table structure of database detailed design, realization on students’ basic data and student achievement management operation, to achieve the student achievement management scientific, standardized and highly effective goal.Finally, this paper studies on the student and performance management information system design of summing up, I am responsible for the combination of school and performance management, and puts forward the effectiveness of the drawbacks in the paper, the prospect of this system can in other universities to application and popularization.
