Design And Implementation Of E-government Emergency Management System

With the rapid development of modem information technology and network communication technology, the further perfection of the emergencies’ systems and the explosive growth of digital resources, the traditional E-government system is more and more difficult to adapt the request of the government departments about the emergency management due to its inherent nature. Because the traditional E-government system can’t use appropriate software development methodology and design patterns, it is very difficult to maintain and improve the system due to the disordered HTML markup and code. How to set up independent emergency management technology platform corresponding to emergency management on the basis of existing e-government system, to ensure the relevant disposal scheme can be started and smooth implemented in accordance with the reservation process. It’s becoming the common problems on emergency management research.According to the above problem, through the analysis of the domestic and overseas emergency management system, A scheme based on agile development methods, SSH technology architecture, the design of the Myeclipse development platform and Oracle database was put forward from application point of view,at the background of a provincial government’s emergency management system in domestic. The main content of this thesis include the following aspects:· Through the actual demand for the government investigation and analysis of the emergency management system functional requirements, the detailed design of the electronic government emergency management system is proposed, including the system frame design, the design of each functional module, system process design and the database table structure design.· Based on MVC layered design thought, code from the Web layer and business logic layer are described respectively, and the actual effect picture of the system is given to show the finally system.· According to the practical application of this system, the corresponding functional testing and performance testing program are Designed to test this system each function module. The specific test cases verify the design and implementation of the feasibility and reliability of the emergency management system.According to the actual needs of government emergency management, this thesis adopts B/S access method to reduce dependence on system and maintenance of the client. This system is verified to meet the demand of actual use completely by corresponding test scheme. Not only realizing the whole function of electronic government emergency management, but also providing reference value for practical application for other emergency management system.
