The student attendance information and computer maintenance of electronic information, data, not only solve the daily management, also provide important data support for the future management and maintenance of heating. At the same time, these data also can provide convenience for the teachers’teaching attendance, has multiple purposes.Based on the case in the related literature at domestic and foreign and the development of research, the traditional disadvantages in the proposed model, multimedia room attendance system task. Through the investigation of relevant personnel, according to the Ningbo Polytechnic’s actual situation and needs, puts forward the design principles of the system. This paper first situation of multimedia room attendance, as well as the development of the system the necessity and feasibility are analyzed, then the system design analysis, including analysis of the system requirements, system functional analysis; again the detailed design of the system, including system architecture, function module design, database and data table design, finally realize the function of the system and a comprehensive test system.This paper analyses and summarizes the domestic and foreign about multimedia computer lab management of successful experience, in view of the current Ningbo Polytechnic multimedia room registration problems, puts forward the research and solution design multimedia room attendance system. Development and implementation of the system of norms, has a strong practical significance of multimedia computer room management.
