Virtual Machine Room System is a comprehensive application,which combines virtual reality with service management techniques.In this system,the actual environment of the network equipment is shown by three-dimensional virtual scene and two-dimensional chart data.Traditional system is operated by Artificial unattended,a single chart data,and unable to display network device running status.Compared with the traditional system,virtual machine room system can break these limitations.Users can simplify the cumbersome process of regular inspection through using virtual interactive way to quickly locate the machine room and its equipment.Then,virtual machine room system can provide an effective program to enhance management capabilities,network service capabilities of the university and enterprise room.Currently,most of the domestic virtual machine room systems are based on the client/server architecture.These systems development has some limitations because of the single roaming function,low management data and scene interaction,great technology development difficulties,and high cost of upgrading.Through analyzing the shortcomings of the existing virtual machine room system,The IDC Room 3D Monitoring and Management System was designed and implemented,which was convenient and intuitive to enable users to exhibit the virtual scene of the engine room and visual interactive management experience.The advantages of this system are listed as follows,running on the Web browser,high degree of fidelity,modeling difficult,low development costs,and simple debugging.Firstly,the shortcomings of the existing virtual machine room system are analyzed,the general requirements of 3D monitoring and management system of IDC room are determined.And the overall structure of the system,the function module division,the virtual scene classification of the machine room and the interactive functions is designed.Then,we set up the system architecture of powerful interaction,higher flexibility,lower coupling.Secondly,the modeling scheme of the machine room with short modeling period and low technical difficulty is proposed.And the concrete measurements are provided,such as image acquisition,data measurement and texture processing.Then,the high realistic effect of virtual scene was built,while the details of the model optimization,number and export work were completed.Finally,the 3D monitoring and management system of IDC based on B/S architecture was designed and implemented by the software which called Unity3 D.In this system,the virtual machine room roaming was made to meet the physical phenomena of the actual environment through the collision detection function.The scene information query function enhances the human-computer interaction effect between the user and the virtual scene.Due to combination of the 3D virtual scene and SNMP protocol based two-dimensional data,this system achieves room equipment state data acquisition,operation status monitoring,alarm information management and other functions.
