The quality of Baicheng Country is relatively lag behind compared to the developed area of Xinjiang. As government increases education investment to the minority nationalities areas of Xinjiang, the level of education of Baicheng was increased in recent5years. The first middle school of Baicheng purchased a large number of computer equipment used to improve the information technology application level of school teachers and students. At present the school has3public computer rooms, one computer room uses a stand-alone version of pirated software to manage, other use manual accounting for management. The model of computer room management has too much manual intervention. There are often occur some conflicts such as conflict of arrange course, unclear financial statement.The author works in the first middle school of Baicheng and engaged in computer-related work. He deeply understands the shortcomings of the management model of computer room of school. Because school leaders attach great importance to the information construction the author bears the development of computer room management system. The goal of this system is to realize unified management of computer rooms, improve the automation of computer room management level, reduces the labor intensity of workers. The system can make students use the computer automatic billing, plane automatic checkout, room arrangement, query statistics, etc. The system can extricate experimental teachers, part-time teacher from multifarious fee charging works. It can let them have more time devoted to their jobs.The computer room management information system of this dissertation starts with the requirements of users, it has dig deeper discussion with manage teacher of computer room, design the based functions of the computer room management system. The system has eight modules, which are department commission, parameter settings, dictionaries management, card management, daily management, computer management etc. The dissertation chooses asp.net as a development tool, SQL2010as background database. Access module uses B/S mode, data transmission uses TCP/IP protocol. In the development process of the integrated system use Photoshop, AJAX, and other advanced technology.
