With the development of society and economy, net technique and digital technique are popularized; and net media, cell-phone media etcetera new media has birthed.Therefore, the competition between media has become very fierce. On this circumstance, Mongolia newspaper faced with many problems in the inside work, for example, change idea, reformate organizational structure, change newspaper’s function, construct ranks and so on. Therefore reformation is the only method to resolve these problems. So Mongolian Version Inner Mongolia Daily putting on reformation on many aspects. The present thesis recite the Mongolian Version Inner Mongolia Daily’s reformation of organizational structure, report content and form, reformation of professional work, construct ranks and so on with analysis method of news theory and method of statistics from1978to2012year.
