Study On The Coupling Coordination Degree Of Digital Technology And Rural Tourism High Quality Development And Its Driving Force

The Action Plan for Promoting Quality and Upgrading of Rural Tourism Development(2018-2020),issued in 2018,emphasizes that in the era of high-quality economic development,China’s tourism industry is in a period of region-wide,quality transformation and development,rural tourism development to ensure speed while paying more attention to quality,development to achieve transformation and upgrading,quality and efficiency.However,a series of development quality is not high,such as industrial efficiency is not high,growth momentum is not strong,regional differences are obvious,etc.,are in the process of developing rural tourism.Digital technology,as an important driving force of the digital economy,is the core element and important driving force to promote the quality development of rural tourism.Therefore,it is important to measure the level of high-quality development of digital technology and rural tourism in China separately,and to explore the coupling and coordination relationship between digital technology and high-quality development of rural tourism to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in China.This paper firstly composes the concepts and connotations of digital technology and rural tourism high quality development based on the existing literature,further summarizes the mechanism of digital technology and rural tourism high quality development,and comprehensively analyzes the existing index system construction on digital technology and rural tourism high quality development.Based on the above summary,this paper summarizes,screens and corrects the existing indicators,and finally constructs an indicator system suitable for measuring the high-quality development of digital technology and rural tourism in provincial areas,based on the panel data of 30 provincial administrative divisions in China from 2010 to 2019,assigning weights through the entropy value method and using the coupling coordination degree method to study the characteristics,laws and the strength of the high-quality development of digital technology and rural tourism.Using the geographic detector model,we explore the driving mechanism of internal and external drivers for the coupling and coordination degree of digital technology and rural tourism quality development.Finally,a composite type judgment is made for30 provinces in China based on relative development degrees,and development paths are proposed according to each province’s situation.Based on the above analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn: first,the comprehensive level and coupling coordination level of digital technology and rural tourism high quality development in each province of China have been steadily improved during the study period,and the relative gap and comprehensive development level of digital technology among provinces are more obvious and lower compared with rural tourism high quality development,but the later development momentum is more adequate;second,digital technology and rural tourism high quality development in China have not yet However,with the implementation of China’s digital countryside construction and rural revitalization strategy,the two systems gradually enhance each other and the coupling coordination degree is on the rise;third,the coupling coordination between digital technology and rural tourism quality development is affected by various factors,and the difference is the result of both self-organization(internal drive)and other organization(external drive).Fourth,the development path of the coupling and coordination of the two systems is based on " The development suggestions include consolidating the cornerstone of digital economy to form new dynamic energy for industrial development,focusing on the vitality of integration and innovation to broaden the technical path of industrial transformation,strengthening the construction of market environment to improve the conditions for industrial integration and development,and relying on government policy guidance to coordinate the development of regional collaborative innovation;" rural tourism The development suggestions of "high-quality development to promote the leading regulation" include innovation of rural tourism products,establishment of benefit coordination mechanism,accelerating green and healthy development,increasing the participation of residents and strengthening the atmosphere of common construction and sharing.The development suggestions of "High Quality Development of Rural Tourism" include innovation of rural tourism products,establishment of benefit coordination mechanism,accelerating green and healthy development,increasing participation of residents and strengthening the atmosphere of construction and sharing.
