The three-axis turntable is a kind of loop simulation equipment which simulates the aircraft or missiles.The turntable. The analyte is placed on the inner frame, through the simulation of flight,the performance of the analyte is tested. As a powerful tool for inspection inertia components,the turntable is the basis for the development of inertial navigation system,and it’s significative to the national defense construction.A certain type of three-axis turntable is used to study in this paper, the research in as follows:Firstly, the composition and working principle of the three-axis turntable system are introduced.According to the performance indicators, the system components are selected and the mathematical model is built for the selected motor.Due to the presence of coupling, the angular position is subject to interference, the influence of coupling must be removed.So, a dynamic model of the three axis turntable is given after rigorous mathematical derivation,and the simulatin analysis shows the coupling effects. A kind of repetitive control technique based on disturbance observer is proposed for the three-axis turntable dynamics decoupling, the simulation result shows that the system can achieve the performance reguirements targets after decoupling.As a complex and high-precision equipment,the turntable only ues a single closed-loop control clearly can not achieve the high precision requirement in response.This paper is based on location-speed-current feedback tricyclic control, an improved repetitive control and differential feedforward combined together is introduced,which uses full advantage of feedforward and feedback system.The simulation results show the three-axis turntable position tracking has high speed and achieve high accuracy.Finally, the article analyses the advantages and disadvantages of Lab VIEW and Matlab in programming, and combines the respective advantages of Lab VIEW with Matlab and Lab VIEW with Simulink through mix-progranmming. And the three axis turntable data acquisition system based on Lab VIEW is designed.Through a series of simulation experiments, it is proved that the decoupling method chosen in this paper can effectively decoupling and to broaden the system capacity and enhance the stability of the system. The selected control stategy will help to improve the control accuracy and can meet certain immunity.
