Turntable as a critical hardware equipment of simulation testing in aviation, aerospace, defense and other areas, the merits of their performance is directly related to simulation and test's the reliability and confidence. As the rapid development of aerospace technology and the need of high-performance inertial components, turntable's overall performance must also develop toward the high-precision, high-frequency, multi-function and automation, therefore, a higher demand for control system design of the turntable will be put forward.Based on the development background of the flexible and nonmagnetic three-axis turntable, the creative method of electrical and hydraulic servo motors joint control is adopted to control system, at the same time the research on the method is completed. The research work of the nonmagnetic three-axis turntable's control method, for turntable control method discussion and the improvement of the system frequency response and dynamic servo precision has practical engineering value.This paper introduces the nonmagnetic three-axis turntable's overall structure and the working principle of each part, According to turntable performance indicators, the paper puts forward the general planning of the turntable control system and selects the components of control unit and drive unit and measure feedback unit; the paper builds up the mathematics model of the electromotor-drive and mechanical-hydraulic servo sliding valves and hydraulic motors and turntable, gives the transfer function of the control system and designs the velocity loop's and position loop's control strategy of turntable system. The velocity loop adopts PI control. The position loop adopts PID and velocity feed-forward and acceleration feed-forward control and details descriptions of the composite control theory and algorithms. The paper adopts stabilization border method to set the parameters and simulates the control system which is based on Matlab/Simulink. Simulation results indicate that designed control system has good dynamic and static quality.Finally, the paper makes the functional analysis and module division of the control system software, gives the software flow chart and designs the main interface with the programming language Visual C++.
