In radar and photoelectric system,servo turntable plays a key role in the composition of radar and photoelectric detection system.In system applications such as vehicle,ship and airborne,antenna erection and antenna's reliable and accurate operation according to the instruction signal are inseparable from the control of high precision servo turntable system.At the same time,the servo turntable system also provides a structural support platform for radar and photoelectric system in the whole process of radar and photoelectric system.The turntable is mainly divided into single axis turntable,two axis turntable,three axis turntable,simulation turntable and test turntable.This paper is the design of high precision dual mode three axis turntable,based on work through full analysis and demonstration,design and optimization of a series of high precision,dual mode composite three axis turntable design work,the main work of this paper from the following aspects:1)double mode composite design to improve the anti-jamming capability of the detectorRadar and electro-optical system based on the characters different from the mechanism of detection,the essential difference between the two detection mechanism,the interference of two kinds of sensors,due to the interference of the different mechanism,a special class of interference source is difficult for another type of sensor,the composite can remove the interference effectively,even in a the interference of failure,is still able to use another model to work;the three axis turntable by radar and infrared range coaxial hybrid design.2)high precision design of multi axis so as to improve the detection precisionPrecision design is the main line of the whole structure design,and all analysis,calculation and test are the ultimate goal.This paper mainly designs the high precision three axis turntable from the design precision,the machining precision,the assembly precision,the motor's coordination precision and so on.3)selection of optimal structural design through multi scheme comparisonRadar azimuth turntable and infrared range coaxial compact design,it is necessary to consider the high precision and economical,easy installation and the height of center of gravity,light weight and strength design,but also consider the composite table structure complexity,to meet the above conditions makes the structure layout more difficult,device selection range of smaller,higher prices.Through multi scheme comparison,the optimization of structural design is achieved.4)simulation and analysis of structural finite elementThe key parts of turntable are simulated and analyzed,and the corresponding results are obtained.According to the results of simulation analysis,the necessary design optimization is carried out for the key parts of turntable.
