Laser technology are playing an increasingly important role in today’s society, has been widely used in modern medical treatment, mechanical engineering, bioengineering, chemical engineering, genetic engineering and so on. It made great contributions to human society. Physical properties of the laser energy focus, good directivity and advantages of good monochromaticity, good coherence. Laser technology which developed into the key technology of clinical medical diagnosis, created a medical miracle. At the same time, all kinds of laser medical equipment more and more improvement and powerful.This paper designed a set of test system, it may instead of the actual laser, and used for embedded medical laser control system based on ARM Cortex-A8architecture rapid tests, including ARM main control system hardware testing and software testing. Specifically, the ARM main control board issued to the laser instructions of the light switch, internal and external shutter control signal detection, and the laser feedback to the flow state of the main control board, water level status, door interlock switch status information detection. Hardware circuit portion of the test system includes an input module, the output module, power supply module, the output module convert each state information into logic level, feedback to the ARM main control board, the input module control command high and low with LED lights are lighted display.In this paper, the software testing part is based on Windows CE embedded system software system software platform, implemented in Microsoft Visual Studio2005development platform for Windows CE6.0operating system customization and transplantation, export and installation of the SDK. To compile and load on the basis of GPIO driver, based on the MFC class library developed upper application and graphical interface design of the test system,completed the signal the medical laser control system of the switch position, the control command signal test.The test result show that the test system developed in this thesis can replace the laser, medical laser control system off-line testing, including a variety of send control commands, status information feedback acquisition and so on, the test system with a strong upgrade expansion ability.
