With the development of control science and computer science, the embedded systems based on embedded operating systems and microprocessors characterize the low-consumption, high-dependability, etc. Thus, the embedded systems are widely used for industry control, consumption-electron, network communication, etc.The paper analyses the related work of the embedded control systems and further researches the application of Windows CE.NET in the industry control. Then combined with the design process of control system based on Windows CE.NET, several vital aspects are presented for similar development of control systems, namely, hardware design, device driver development, performance analysis for the control systems. So the title of the pager is the key technology research of embedded control systems based on Windows CE.NET.First, the pager analyses structure of Windows CE.NET, register table, process, thread and management of memory before illuminating the key technology because this is the base for studying control systems based on Windows CE.NET. Secondly, the embedded adopted computer is PCM-5820, which supports PC/104 bus that is an industry control bus specially defined for embedded control; it is widely used and defined IEEE-P966.1 by IEEE association. The timer and digital I/O are designed based on PC/104 via analyzing the requirement, at the same time, the key principle figure is provided. Thirdly, interrupt processes and device driver types of Windows CE.NET are analyzed and the drivers of timer and digital I/O are implemented by stream interface mode, and the core code of driver and register table file are provided. Finally, the jitter caused by real-time scheduling is especially introduced, and the jitter and schedulability are simulated by Jitterbug and Turetime, which is helpful for the complicated control system development.
