Design And Development About Embeded Electronic Medical Record Writing System Based On Xml

With the development of Medical Health Information in a deep-going way,the research on Electronic Medical Records as the core of Clinical Information has carried weight.The system of EMR based on the Windows Operating System has been widely applied to each hospital, where it can almost meet the clinical needs,while it cannot help the medical staff to get and save the information of patient's medical records. The appearance of Mobile Embedded Technology povides a proposal to solve the problem.Combined with the scientific research item of Embedded Electronic Medical System,this paper makes a further research on the key technology involved in the system of EMR.A prototype writing system about the EEMR based on XML has been designed and developed,and the input-assistant base about Embedded Medical Records has been put forward and built.The major content of the paper is in the following areas:1.A approach of medical record's data type has been constructed on the basis of researching the structural characteristic of EMR and the data expressive standard of the medical records.An Entry Interface of EMR has been achieved by adopting the C# Programming Language Technology.2.According to the entry interface's struture of the medical records, the expression of XML,the formula of saving the information of medical records' and the analysis of XML document's information of the medical records has been accomplished through analyzing the basic principle of XML technology,the structure of XML document and the working principle of its resolver,meanwhile summarizing XML's advantages to solve the basic problems in the medical records3.The formula of using HL7V3 information to transmit medical records has been put forward on the basis of analyzing the transmission standard of HL7's health information,the service framework of WebService and its relevent technology.Another formula of transmitting HL7 information through SOAP has been achieved by packaging the EMR's information into HL7 information,which solves the problem of the remote information sharing of the EMR4.For the first time,the definition of input-assitant base about Embedded Medical Records has been put forward by researching and summarizing the feature of Embedded Platform.According to the writing standard of medical records regulated by ministry of sanitation,the information and knowledge base of XML document's Embedded Medical Records has been founded by combining the embedded system and the characteristic of its writing interface.This base can be intelligent in checking errors,prompting to input after applied to the entry interface of medical records.5.Having analyzed the platform of embedded system,setted up the embedded platform based on the running of EMR's writing system in Windows CE.net,designed and developed a embedded writing prototype system based on XML.This system provides the function of real-time inquiry,inputing and saving EMR's information,makes the medical staff's clinical treatment more convenient,and then improve the efficiency of the health care.
