Moodle is the abbreviation of Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment, which is one of the most popular course management systems in the world. As Open-source software, its advanced design concept of education, makes teachers and enthusiasts all over the world can participate in the design of system development. After 2006, Moodle course management system in China begun to promote universal access to primary and middle schools by the growing number of schools and teachers.As a network platform, Moodle provides an affordable way to construction of information technology for teaching and learning environment in school and helps to solve problems concerned during online course development by teachers. Discussion of the course design in Moodle platform can provide some experience and reference for the teacher to design Moodle course and imply it in teaching, which further expand and enrich the theoretical study of Moodle.However, when the Moodle spread widely with a magical power and win an echo, theory research of curriculum design based on Moodle platform network is still relatively weak. There is no mature Moodle course design model, particularly for Moodle learning environment activities designed. Although some researchers disscussed curriculum design and made a number of design patterns, but these design patterns either focused on theory and universal causing the neglect of the Moodle platform, either focused on the features of Moodle, with the neglect of instructional design. In addition, Moodle provides a wealth of activities in the design of modules, but as a teacher how to choose and design modules of these activities in order to better promote the teaching, learning and training in the design of courses? how to organize and evaluate teaching and learning activities? Therefore, the activities of the theoretical basis for the design, principles, processes, and module learning activities and evaluation strategies organizational strategy have yet to be further in-depth study and discussion.This study investigated our existing Moodle courses using a questionnaire , analyzed the existing Moodle course and tried to find some problems in course design. The theory of multiple intelligences theory and activity theory were considered as the theory basis of Online Course Design in Moodle Learning Environment.The article explored their Inspiration to online course design. Then design of learning preparation was introduced to the process of course desing in Moodle learning environment. It discussed initially the design flow of course desing in Moodle learning environment,which focused on design of learning unit.The the main task of preparatory phase of is to clarify what kind of problems the curriculum design to solve and feasible solutions. Courses preparation is designed mainly from the following areas: analysis of course objectives, course content analysis and design of learning preparation. Moodle learning environment prepared mainly from two aspects of design: course preparation and online learning preparation. the main task of course preparation is to make the learners learn the overall situation of course before they begin to study. the main task of Online learning preparation is to enable students to gradually adapt to Moodle learning environment.Activity Theory emphasizes on individual activities of the system and the interaction between the various elements,which provide a new perspective for the design of learning units in Moodle environment. Therefore, network curriculum design based on the Moodle platform should be centered learning activities design. In the design process of learning activities, emphasis should be placed on the activities of the basic elements of the analysis, the activities of the design process, reflecting the characteristics of cooperation and communion and so on. Unit activities design in Moodle learning environment generally include the following elements: learning objectives, activity tasks, activity types , activity sequence, activities progress , division of tasks, evaluation of activities and supporting tools and resources,etc. Combining features of Moodle platform, the aritcle explain these elements with modern educational technology course as an example.Management and evaluation of Moodle course is an indispensable part of curriculum design. Effective management and evaluation of courses can give full play to the role of network. Moodle is a course management system in the beginning of the development and it has a strong program management capabilities. Moodle course evaluations include the evaluation of learning outcomes and curriculum design.The main results of research and innovation can be shown in the following aspects: firstly,the article explored the Moodle learning environment preparation course preparation and online learning preparation.secondly, it summarized several forms of learning activities, and divided them into seven kinds of basic types. According to Bloom's cognitive theory of target classification(2001),It analyzed the correlation between these activities and cognitive dimensions.finally, It classified activity tools in Moodle into the basic tools and the complex ones, and considered the complexity tools as a combination of basic activitity tools.howerever, basic activity Tools are different in in the degree of support for different learning activities...
