With air pollution is more and more serious all over the world, the in indoor environment which people live is not only influenced by the outside air environment quality, such as API or PM, and also directly influenced by indoor air pollution, such as furniture problem, architecture problem, decoration problem, etc. However, indoor environment quality is closely related to our personal life and health, as a result, indoor air purifier provides us with the indoor air pollution solution, it make the heavy pollution indoor air through its own purification function, production relatively pure, no pollution and harmless gas, make us to live in a safe, healthy and comfortable environment.The control system of AVR microcontroller based indoor cabinet air purifier is developed in this paper. The whole work contains the development of hardware circuit and software. The control system consists of control circuit and drive circuit in the hardware aspect. Atmega128of AVR microcontroller series is selected in order to design the control circuit which has the same fundamental and architecture as indoor cabinet air purifier. In the aspect of software, the general idea of software designing is determined from the start of system’s functional requirements. The initialization of main function is realized first. And each function module is realized then. In hardware aspect, the function of indoor cabinet air purifier control system mainly contains microcontroller controlling, power system, VFD display, main motor controlling, stepper motor control and sterilization purification. In software aspect, the function of indoor cabinet air purifier control system mainly contains timing process, keys input and remote control, alarm function, sensor’s real-time data acquisition and detection system, interrupt handling function.Among them, in the process of design and research, this paper mainly discusses the design idea and method, effectively analysis the design process, appropriately using simulation software tools and test tools, after completion of the system design to carry on simulation debugging and software download test. This paper design and development the control system has high efficiency, energy saving, reliable and practical performance.
