Recently,with the development of computer technology, especially the videomonitoring, medical image, machine vision and other fields, meanwhile,there is nodenying that it is increasing high demand of the quality of the image.Actually,the realimages own wide dynamic range,accompanied by much rich color,but they cannot bedisplayed on the common monitors with wide-range brightness. Cause it is mainlyrestrained by the internal structure of display equipments and ADCtechnology.Surely,we can purchase the equipments with wide range,but this measuremostly cost money in the price,compared with others. So a large number of personshave achieved it in the level of algorithm commonly.This pager is on the videomonitoring based on FPGA. Resulting from the advantage of data-stream processingon the FPGA,the author can fully analyze and design these modules of videodecoding,ITU656,SDRAM controller,422to444controller,YUV2RGB,WDRprocessing,VGA controller and encoder.In the module of WDR algorithmprocessing,the author can propose a new Retinex algorithm.In the traditionalalgorithm, it Used the four-time iterative method.This way can take a shortage:thenext comparison object is the pixel value which updated last,and four-timecomparison of the object is not same.So that it can result in the influence which thefront comparison is much bad than the back.Besides,there is much computation intraditional algorithm.Now,the new method indicates that it takes four-timecomparison to one-time, so the average value cannot only decline the computationtime,but also balance the influence in order to improve the quality of image.Mysubject is from the cooperation project which is designed by the diameter measureof silicon growth with the video monitoring.My work is to design the pre-processingsystem of the video monitoring,the display, the hardware architecture andWDRI-processing. In the processing, the most important technology is data-streamarchitecture, WDR-Technology.In the achieving work,I can be also analyze the timingdeeply, and discuss the hardware architecture profoundly.At last, both subjective andobjective estimates of the image is absolute with the help of Matlab on the sides of Mean-Brightness, Variance and Entropy of Information.
