Research On The Planning Model For Library Digital Information Resources Construction Which Users

In recent years, With the rapid development of Web2.0social software and social websites, the social networks are increasingly powerful. Social networks emphasis on the linking between the actors, interaction and sharing of information resources, a lot of information in social networks contributions from individual micro-content. The development of social networks has provided new opportunities for the construction of digital library resources,has injected a new vitality into digital information resources in the construction. In social network environment, users can create, contribute, comment resources through the social software, participate in digital library information resources planning, production, evaluation, selection, acquisition, organization and integration of the whole process of the formation of library users to participate in the construction of digital information resources system.At present, the theory and practice of users participate in digital information resources construction in the library in social network environment are at the exploratory stage,pending further research and practice, so this paper first overview the meaning of the users participate in digital information resources construction in the library, the current-related Research areas of research, the theory and practice of users participate in the construction of libraries of digital information resources at all stages.At the same time, has surveyed the users participated in the University Library Resources conducted in domestic and international university library, and the typical cases are analyzed in order to learn advanced experience, provide guidance for the following studies.Secondly, the paper discussed the theory related to social network, and analysis this social network theory applicate into the users participate in the digital information resources construction in library form the social network theory, structural theory and the three aspects of social capital theory. Then, proposed system elements, system architecture and coupling mechanisms in the system of users participate in the digital information resources construction in social network environment.On this basis, proposed a in social network environment, users participate in the digital information resources construction in library planning of the model hypothesis.To better to understand the demand of users participate in digital information resources construction planning in library in social network environment from the users, librarians and experts point, this paper carried out a questionnaire and field study visits to1650users,350librarians and40experts from14University Library in Nanjing, Beijing, Shanghai and Xiamen,inorder to know the needs and awareness of users and experts on users participate in digital information resources construction planning in library in social network environment,the recognition and awareness of librarians on users participate in digital information resources construction planning in library in social network environment,then statisticsed and analysised the survey data.Finally, based on this theory, practice and research data, this paper had amended the planning mode of users participate in digital information resources construction in library in social network environment,and proposed some suggestions such as change ideas, raise awareness of users participate in digital information resources construction in library in social network environment; According to the library situation,choose right types of social network development model; Strengthen social software advocacy and outreach; Buid demand-driven high-quality, characterization, and a wide range of digital resources system; full play the the role of library in users participate in digital information resources construction in library.This research has some reference value on the university library to carry out the users participate in digital information resources construction in library in social network environment.
