At present, as the new global Chinese hot rise, more and more people want to learn Chinese, the career of TCFL develops rapidly, the conventional classroom teaching has been unable to meet the demand of Chinese fans learning passion. With television satellite’s global coverage, as the perfect combination of TV media and Chinese promotion, foreign Chinese TV educational programs started to be applied in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. In the form of drama, this kind of TV programs fuses in language learning and culture together, study language and understand cultural knowledge at the same time, formed its own characteristics. This kind of Chinese TV educational programs, with its intuitive, vivid, high adaptability, wide coverage, conservation of resources and the spread of economic and practical advantages in TCFL, it plays a more and more important role.This article selects the outstanding representative of foreign Chinese TV educational programs "happy Chinese" as the study object."Happy Chinese" is the only one for a global broadcast of Chinese teaching programs in CCTV international Chinese channel, it promote Chinese language and culture to the Chinese fans, after the broadcast, the program is warmly welcomed by audiences at home and abroad. according to the different levels of learners, the program is divided into primary, intermediate, advanced three stages, the first season of the daily life of Chinese "has been finished. the second season, the tourism Chinese" is on the air.This paper, from the angles of "happy Chinese" to carry on the analysis, and fully dig out its unique. First, introduced the main content of the two seasons. Then according to the second language teaching analysis the teaching method "happy Chinese" used are scene and communicative. Then compare the representative of television teaching "happy Chinese"and classroom teaching from the point of view of language learning, and each have advantages and disadvantages. Finally, analysis the "happy Chinese" culture elements.The third part of the paper select three different difficulties of the set drama in the first season of "happy Chinese" as the research object, according to their respective difficulty to design related issues, and organized into three sets of questionnaire, questionnaire contains the basic information of the people, in order to understand the cultural background of the sample, learning motivation and Chinese level. The main part of the questionnaire are ten objective questions, from the whole to the detail of "happy Chinese", from the language point to the culture, investigate sample feelings and evaluation of "happy Chinese"from multi-angle. I chose three grade students of our school, watching the corresponding difficulty episode, then answer questionnaire, and analyze the results. According to the poen question of the present Chinese teaching for TV shows,this paper put forward relevant opinions and suggestions to the future development of the television teaching programs, in order to do some contribution for further promotion of teaching Chinese as a foreign language program.
