Management Mode Of University Library Based On User Needs And Strategy Research

One of the three pillars of the library as the college school, chargedwith providing information, support, auxiliary teaching scientificresearch task, but also bear the education for all-around development ofcollege students, and comprehensively improve the cultural literacy ofuniversity students of the "second classroom". Its important status andfunction of University Library Based on, has always been known as the"University of the heart","the school second class". In recent years, thenational quality education to students of increasingly high degree ofattention, so that high school library at the same time in the continuousupgrading of status is also facing the huge challenge. For a long time dueto internal management method in a dogmatic and form, makes theuniversity library operation efficiency in a rigid system, it is difficult tosatisfy the readers increasingly high standards and diversified demand. Inthe current increasingly fierce market competition and the rapiddevelopment of the information technology environment, operationmechanism and management mode of university library has been a hugechallenge and impact. Therefore, college libraries are in urgent need of anew management mode to break through the predicament, change themanagement method and service mode of the old, to the user demand todevelop in line with the development demand of higher school librarymanagement and strategy, and as a quantitative evaluation standard,promote the ability of University Library Service for teachers andstudents, thereby better for higher education teaching and scientificresearch service.This paper takes Inner Mongolia Y University Library as an example, the general academic library regulation (Amendment), targetmanagement theory, performance management theory as the basis, theanalysis of the current outstanding problems exposed in Higher School oflibrary service and the new situation, in order to improve theeffectiveness of university library management and service level as astarting point and final purpose, try the proposed system user demandhigher school library management mode and strategy based on, to expectfor higher school library work characteristics, the use of managementmethods and means of scientific and reasonable, from enthusiasm,stimulates the staff of higher school library initiative and innovation,improve the utilization rate of resources, promote the service levelcontinuously improved, so as to maximize meet readers’ knowledge ofinformation diversification, multi-level needs.
