Theoretical And Practical Research On Socialization Of Archive Maintenance

Along with the accelerating process of China’s market and the rapid development of the information technology, the traditional mode of archive retention has been unable to adapt to the development of society. However, socialization of archive maintenance can solve a lot of archive business challenges for all sectors of the community. It helps the enterprises spun off their archive retention functions from their own business in order to improve their management efficiency and core competitiveness. Also, the socialization of archive maintenance will help further promote the administrative reform of our archival administrative department to achieve the archival department’s smooth steering from micro-management to macro-management. The research object of this thesis is the socialization of archive maintenance. The thesis creatively studies the archive retention from the perspective of socialization, and tentatively gives the definition and positioning of the socialization of archive maintenance. The author analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the socialization of archive maintenance, proposes the current situation and problems, and puts forward some appropriate solutions. Then the thesis uses Shanghai Renton Archives Management and Service Company as a case to analyze and study the practice of socialization in order to further promote the theoretical and practical process of the socialization of our archival work.
