In order to meet the social demand, all of the meteorological workers would commite theirself to making a more accurate weather forecast in a long time.It is included time, space and meteorological elements in subtilized weather forecast. For the time, the weather forecast will be from24hours one time into3hours one time, and even more frequent. For the space, the forecast rainfall area is required to be smaller. For the meteorological elements, some elements as the humidity, air pressure, wind direction, wind speed and so on are required to increase in weather forecast.This thesis describes the design of the subtilized weather forecast system published online. This system is based on ORACLE database, NetCDF database, ASPX, AJAX, and other software. And the system can display the radar echo and the site information which included the telemetry station, automatic weather station and rawinsonde station. In order to improve the map display speed, Google Map technology is used. When the application modules are completed, they will be embedded into the system to public the subtilized forecast products in real-time online.The platform based on WEB technology solved the problem that most traditional "client/server" software systems have to install. It makes full use of the Internet to realize the data sharing, information sharing and meteorological forecast timely releasing.It provides a very nice interface to the public and government management departments. They could get the meteorological information online timely. The system shows the changes in the weather process intuitively and provides forecasters a good technical analysis platform.
