It has special advantage for the implementof WebGIS. In this thesis, I specify that how to use ASP.NET tocarry out the WebGIS. It is beneficial study to the WebGIS.The expert system, ES is the most remarkable field in theutility of artificial intelligence. When ES is used in theweather-forecast realm, making use of a great deal of weatherexpert's knowledge, the computer system can present an expertweather forecast and give the advice on guarding against thedisaster weather.
