In recent years, with the popularization and development of electronic technology,computer technology and digital signal processing technology, electronic measuringtechnology obtained widespread application in medicine. With its high-speed computingpower, the computer provides the rapid diagnosis of various diseases. Sleep apneahypopnea syndrome, as a kind of serious harm and potential risk of common diseases,has not been enough attention. Relevant statistics show that about5%of the populationsworldwide affected by the diseases, with about90%of them fail to get timely diagnosis.For a long time, PSG acknowledged as the diagnosis of sleep apnea hypopneasyndrome "gold standard". But as a result of too many monitoring signal, highequipment cost, most of the patients cannot get timely treatment. How to design asimple, low cost and convenient diagnostic method has gets more and more attention byresearchers.This paper studies design of sleep apnea monitors can be used to monitor thepatient breathing state of heart rate, breathing and snoring. Through nasal airflowconditions determine apnea patient’s disease population, at the same time monitoringpatients heart rate, reduce the possibility of miscalculation. For patients weresignificantly associated with snoring sleep, also can through the patient’s snoring,determine whether the patient breathing suspending. This system software also has theapnea alarm and acquisition data storage capabilities for a long time. After storage ofdata files, can be used for signal processing, waveform playback, as well as thediagnosis of sleep apnea. At the same time, the playback diagnostic page also cansupport other respiratory wave signal, oxygen saturation and so on the many kinds ofsignal waveform playback of breathing during sleep.Hardware part of the monitors, sensors can be connected by ECG signalacquisition, mouth nasal airflow temperature sensor, and snore sensor to obtain thecorresponding physiological signals, through the data acquisition card to a PC.Collection of data will be saved to a file.In this paper, using VC++6.0to design the software part of monitoring system.Software interface can dynamically display real-time acquisition of the waveform file orsignal waveform. After receiving data, can real-time diagnose whether apnea patients.This monitor has good scalability performance. Just need to access the specified sensor, can it complete the acquisition of corresponding signal. Such as connection ecgsensor and nasal flow sensor to realize the diagnosis of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,or can be connected only snore sensor, realize the sleep apnea syndrome of preliminaryscreening. In non real-time acquisition data processing section, can open blood oxygensaturation signal files, chest movement files, respiratory wave signal files, etc., fordiagnosis of sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Through simulation in patients with sleepapnea hypopnea syndrome diagnosis results show that the system described in themethod can realize to sleep apnea syndrome screening, and it has certain use value inhospital clinical and family care.
