Electrical submersible pump is a widely used artificial lifting equipment in oilproduction.With the advantages of simple structure, efficiency,large capacity,causesmuch attention from oilfields. The condition of down hole is complex and bad, weneed to monitor its physical parameter in order to guarantee the exploitationg of oilefficient and stable.Down-hole multi-parameter comprehensive measuring systemcan realize real-time monitoring on down-hole pressure,temperature and otherparameters, it is significant that researching on this system and apply it to oilproductiong industry.The ESP downhole multi-parameter measurement system in the paper mainlyuse distance underground power supply, current loop data transmission, signalmonitoring and synchronization technology as the foundation, through the downholemeasuring,data transmission system and ground instrumentation, downhole physicalparameters can be comprehensive on-line monitored, the goals of measurementincludes the entrance and exit of pump pressure, motor winding temperature, pumpinlet temperature, horizontal vibration and so on.Based on the sampling datafiltering software and uses three times spline interpolation method, the system errorcould be compensated, which meets the general requirements for the accuracy of.the system.Down-hole monitoring and data transmission system is the key parts fordownhole measurement of ESP, by sensors and signal amplifier conditioning circuit,physical parameters can be invertered into voltage signal which is suitable fordetection, the use of synchronization technology of voltage signals according to acommunication protocol to transmit, the new current loop is used for the datatransmission.Through the ground coupled reactor, using equipotential principle tosupply overall power, DC-DC converter circuit based on flyback is designed, thedownhole device can work stably for a long time.Up-hole instrumentation system mainly completes the current sampling andreal-time displaying. ARM7system is used to control the sampling and supply theremote power, through asynchronous communication serial, and it sends data toARM9system which is as the core of the display system used to convert and storageparameter data, drive LCD screen in real time.At the same time, the designing ofsystem menu ensures the ESP downhole multi-parameter measurement system as awhole is complete and have a nice interaction interface.By using the platform of pressure, temperature, vibration for simulating theenvironment of actual application, measurement error appeared in system can be compensated with software program. With the system is successfully applied tooilfield, ESP down-hole multi-parameter real-time comprehensive monitoringtechnology become a reality, which plays an important role on improving theefficiency of oil exploitation.
