| With the continuous advancement of scientific and technological development, information technology has become the most active and the most important factor in the national defense and military construction. From the war in Gulf and Kosovo in the 1990s until the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in the beginning of this century, we can known that as a combat power multiplier informatization play an important role in informationized wars. The warfare form has gradually converted from mechanized wars to informationized wars, and seizing the commanding heights of information will be the core goal of the armies around the world, meanwhile, the goal will guide the armies’ building. Border defense located at the forefront of military battle guards the border line of the motherland, and bear the brunt of the border defense if the war comes. Because of the special geographical position, the special historical and natural conditions, informationize construction of border defense is relatively slow. Thus, speeding up the Informationize construction of border defense and improving informatization level, fighting ability of information are related to the finish of military mission tasks in new times.For the real demand of the border management of the border defense, we developed an information management of border forces in this article whose functions consists of news management, Active duty persons’ information management, Information search, resources union and so on. The system’s main purpose is achieving the integration of resource and the synthesization of information system, and we make full use of database resource and network resource in existence effectively. By the system, we effectively realize the resources sharing and quickly reuse, guarantee simplification, ordering and optimization of the system integration service, promote the Overall Building and development of border forces, and enhancing the border defense’s level and quality in the border management. |
