Web Tender Information Search And Management System Design

Bidding information search and management system is the e-commerce platform for users to process the biding by means of Internet network. The bidding information and bid evaluation are transacted by the on-line users that include suppliers, agencies, evaluation experts, government agencies, enterprise organizations, and other individuals. The users more easily search the online bidding information on Web and the enterprises make more scientific decision-making by invite public bidding on Internet than by the traditional bidding methods. Biding information was feedback to the enterprise and the public through the Internet network to achieve to goal of more transparent and fair invite public biding.In this paper, the main work is as follows:(1) Described Web biding information search and management systems user requirements that include mainly the description of biding operation, functional requirements and system design goals.(2) Introduced Web information search engine's basic structure and working principle, analyzes web crawler basic structure and the key technical features of the system for the identification and analysis of web content and web keyword extraction.(3) Designed the macro-architecture of biding information search and management system that include network architecture, software architecture, system functional modules, database management system platforms, hardware and software environment.(4) Presented the detailed design of the system's functional modules, biding information search engines and the table structure and so on, focusing on details of each functional module in search engine's Web crawler.(5) Developed each functional module by Java language, including search engine, biding information management module and system security management module etc key modules.
