The new curriculum reform emphasizes on cultivating students’ creative thinking ability. This requires teachers to break through the traditional teaching mode, changing teaching ideas and teaching methods to improve teaching efficiency.Question teaching method is a question-centered teaching style, It make the teaching content into questions to let students to use their brains. During this process, students absorb the knowledge which taught by teachers and then turn into their own knowledge, thereby to develop their thinking ability and problem solving skills.For this reason, this article through consult the literature materials, based on the relevant theories of question teaching to defining the concept of question teaching method. The research idea of this article through the classroom research, find out some shortcomings of question teaching method in the practical use and analyze the reasons. Put forward the implement principles and methods of question teaching method use in middle school history class. Focuses on cultivating students’problem consciousness and thinking ability, give a typical teaching case demonstration.This article is divided into six parts.The first part:introduction, elaborated the dissertation’s research reason, purpose and meaning and method.The second part:To discuss the proposed and development process of question teaching method; discusses the related research both at home and abroad as well as the innovation of this article. The third part:First of all, briefly described the connotation, characteristic, and meaning of question teaching method, then detailed analysis on the basic theory of question teaching method and make it as the theoretical support of this article.The fourth part:made research and analysis the question teaching method in middle school history teaching present situation. Find out some shortcomings of question teaching method in the practical use and analyze the reasons.The fifth part:It is also the main part of this article. In-depth analysis the problem design type and implement principle of question teaching method, the article will focus on cultivating students’ problem consciousness, improve students’ask and solve questions ability. The author will according to her own teaching practice to provide question teaching practice case.The sixth part:conclusion, to review and summarize the ideas of this article, point out the deficiencies and Clear writer’s next research direction.
