China is a multi-ethnic unified country. Taking ethnic languages and the national common language as the primary bilingual education has become the inevitable trend of Ethnic minority education development and social development. Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers as the direct perpetrators of Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching, the effect of their accomplishment and ability in Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teaching practice are particularly prominent. Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’spoken language training is necessary to improve the quality of the Tibetan ethnic minority bilingual teachers, and this is also an important way to accelerate the Tibetan education development. However, the existing various kinds of bilingual teachers’ spoken language training in ethnic minority areas can’t close to the bilingual teacher education practice. The training form is out-dated. The training method is rigid. The training content is boring and lacks the communication between the bilingual teachers. Break away from the actual demands of the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers. The former training methods made the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers at a passively accept status, didn’t arouse the interest and motivation of the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ spoken language training, which influence the training effect.The development of web2.0points clearly direction for our Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ spoken language training. With QQ as the representative, the web2.0technology has social participation, interactive, personalized, resource sharing and other features, provides a good support for Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ spoken language communication and collaborative learning. Therefore, research Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ spoken language training model under web2.0environment is very import to effectively carry out the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ training. Based on this, this study take the improve of the Tibetan--Chinese Bilingual Teachers’ spoken language ability as the guide, the web2.0environment tools for technical support, construct the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ spoken language training model, carry out the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ spoken language training activity.This research mainly divides into the theoretical research, model design, platform build, and application analysis four stages. First, research and analysis the current situation of the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ spoken language training based on summarizes of the related theory. Based on the related theory and research, we construct the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ spoken language training model under web2.0environment, design and development the training platform. Finally, the training mode is applied to the practical training. Through the case analysis and experimental research summarize the training model effectiveness, undertook reflection.The results show that:the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ spoken language training model under web2.0environments provides a good support for the Tibetan--Chinese Bilingual Teachers’ spoken language expression and communicative ability. Let the teachers get in time guidance of the theory, has a certain significance to promote the Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’ professional development.
