Information society requires the talent of high quality who has better oral expression ability of exchange information. So many countries in the world pay attention to the problem of training for students spoken language communication ability very much in their mother tongue education. To make the education face modernization, face world , face future, we need to also train the more and more excellent talents who can meet market economic development and who have good communication ability. The full-time Chinese curriculum standard of the compulsory education (experiment) and The Chinese curriculum standard of ordinary high school (experiment) which are enacted by the national Ministry of Education have defined definite stipulation on training for students goal of spoken language communication in primary school and middle school in our country. This made spoken language communication teaching that has been subordinate to training series of hearing-speaking in traditional Chinese teaching become relatively independent teaching system. It will occupy Chinese classroom with reading teaching and writing teaching together. But the present situation of hearing-speaking teaching do not make us be optimistic. Since not arranging certain school hour clearly to be the guarantor and lacking the more systematic complete teaching material system, definite goal and evaluate criterion of spoken language communication teaching, without testing students' spoken language communication ability in examination, so spoken language communication teaching only exists in name. This paper elucidated following problems: the significant meaning of the spoken language communication teaching; the ability training about spoken language communication of middle school students and so on. The second part in this paper about the location of spoken language communication, essential property and the relative independence ofspoken language communication is my long thought result. It is also a big characteristic of this paper. Because I locate it in the frame of Middle school Chinese hearing-speaking teaching, I think that it's teaching content and course are relatively independent besides reading teaching and writing teaching. But we need not make great effort set up a special curriculum of spoken language communication teaching in middle school. Otherwise our Chinese teaching maybe fall into another extreme trend from a extreme trend or fall into again a new confusion . Therefore spoken language communication train in middle school must be done around Chinese teaching subject tightly, following Chinese teaching law and principle, combining the students' actual characteristic of body and mind. Then we can reach the purpose of training students for good spoken language communication ability.
