China has put forward developing bilingual education in ethnic areas, improving educational level and strengthening the training work of the ethnic and Chinese teachers, which is the basic way to promote bilingual teachers’professional development, improve the educational level and efficient development of bilingual education. Finding out the shortcomings, strengthening the training aims and efficiency have important meaning to improve bilingual teachers’whole quality in Gannan Tibetan areas.This essay studied the bilingual teachers’training problems in Gannan Tibetan areas by making use of the method of documentation, visit and talk, and questionnaire investigation. In which the specific definition of the Tibetan and Chinese teachers’training is raised on the basis of inducing and sorting out the home and abroad bilingual teachers’related documents. The present situation of the bilingual teachers’training is investigated and the problems and causes in it are analyzed, upon which, it puts forward strengthening the construction and management of the bilingual teachers’training centers, constructing perfect working system and ensuring the high efficiency of training, formulating clear training aims and directing the efficient development of bilingual training work, perfecting training contents, advancing the training’s high-level development,enriching training methods and arousing the teachers’active participation. The trainees have to improve their professional sensitivity and efficiency to promote the training Work.Four parts included:The first part:Introduction. It introduces the researching issues’posing, meaning, methods, related documental summary and the definition of the core concepts.The second parts:the basic situation of bilingual education and bilingual teachers in Gannan area, introduces the developing situation and discusses the qualities the teachers working at bilingual education should possess.The third part:bilingual teachers’training state and the existing problems. This part starts from the point of the basic condition of the bilingual teachers’training, a questionnaire for Tibetan-Chinese bilingual teachers’training situation in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is designed to investigate the training work, and following problems existing in it have been found.The fourth part:suggestions and consideration on perfecting bilingual teachers’ training in Gannan Tibetan area...
