Students are susceptible to pressure from exams in their study and life,which can cause exam anxiety and affect their normal life.Taking the senior high school students from three schools in Yuci District as the object,using cluster sampling and using the Sarason Test Anxiety Scale as a tool,1512 senior high school students at school were tested,and 1510 valid questionnaires were collected,and the effective rate of the questionnaire was99.87%.Among them,63 people with severe test anxiety and voluntary test anxiety group counseling were randomly divided into groups,and group counseling was conducted on the theoretical basis of cognitive behavior and acceptance commitment therapy.There were 31 people in the cognitive behavior group and 32 people in the acceptance group.Specifically,each group performed 8 group activities for a total of 16 hours,and the Sarason Test Anxiety Scale was used for pre-test,post-test and follow-up post-test.After collating the data results with the interview results,the research results are as follows:1.The current situation of test anxiety among senior high school students:Severe anxiety accounted for 52.8%,and 74.9% of students felt a considerable degree of discomfort due to the test.2.The test anxiety of girls is significantly higher than that of boys;the test anxiety of only children is significantly higher than that of non-only children.3.The test anxiety pre-post test and pre-tracking post test of the acceptance group have extremely significant differences;the cognitive behavior group test anxiety pre-post test and pre-tracking post test have extremely significant differences;there were significant differences in the pre-post test anxiety intervention pre-post test difference and the pre-track post test difference between the acceptance commitment group and the cognitive behavior group,and the acceptance commitment group had a larger difference.Conclusion: Both cognitive behavior and acceptance of commitment group counseling can effectively alleviate the test anxiety of high school students,but the effect of acceptance of commitment group counseling is better than that of cognitive behavior group counseling.According to the results of the study,the following suggestions are put forward: to guarantee the psychological counseling time of the senior three students;to pay attention to the test anxiety of the female students and the only child;to teach the students the common methods of refuting irrational beliefs so that they can learn some coping skills;Through peer counseling,lectures,individual counseling and other ways to enable students to use ACT theory to deal with test anxiety. |
