The chemical experiment is the first lesson that students will contact in the study of chemistry.chemistry teacher experiment skills will directly affect the learning motivation and interest in the study of chemistry.if students can not see the correct phenomenon, and they will not be able to correctly understanding. Therefore, the chemistry teachers’experimental skills has a profound and lasting influence on chemistry teaching. in junior middle school.This topic research content is as follows:Through the questionnaire survey and interviews, know the chemistry teachers’current chemical experiment skills and the main problems at part of rural junior high school in Kaifeng. Second, through the survey of rural middle school students in chemistry experiment study, Understand the teacher’s impact on student learning chemical experiment skills. On this basis, aiming at existing problems should be put forward Suggestions for the improvement of teachers’chemistry experimental skills. This topic take chemistry teachers and students as the research object, at part of rural middle school in Kaifeng, Through the questionnaire survey and interviews, know the chemistry teachers’current experimental skills part of rural middle school in Kaifeng,It is concluded that the following findings:Chemistry teachers professional configuration imbalance, Relatively high in proportion of no-chemical professional. Experimental personnel shortage In-service chemistry laboratory quality is uneven. Standard chemical laboratory configuration is not up to par, But instruments and drugs basically meet the requirements they can satisfy the chemical experiment smoothly.Teachers’age structure, education level, gender ratio and other basic can meet the requirements of the countryside junior middle school chemistry teaching. Most chemical teachers experimental operation skills to meet the needs of experimental teaching, But the experiment to explore, experiment innovation skills need to improve.This paper hoped that it is useful to help to change experiment teaching concept of chemistry teacher who work at the countryside junior school, strengthen the importance of the experiment, improve their experimental teaching skills, make teachers use the experiment to teach more consciously.
