Teacher training is deed to play an important part in improving the overallquality of the teachers and promoting their professional growth, especially for theirspecialization development and comprehensive quality improvement. The timelinessof the teacher training requires the train designers to grow their wisdom to strive forthe real results instead of hasty training. The rural education has been both theimportant real problems and weak link in the training system due to the lowparticipation and enthusiasm. Therefore the first imperative should be on updatingthe knowledge and improving the overall quality of the working teachers by holdingthe training centered by the rural teachers and guided by the needs of teachingpractices.This research applies the method of literature, investigation and interview tomake an investigation and analysis on the current situation and existing problems ofthe teacher training in A city. The investigation results dedicate that teacher train inA city is confronted with various problems in the training facilities, training forms,qualities of the faculty, training contents and management due to the apparentreasons from the administrative apartment and the participating school, and thehidden reasons caused by the rural culture and individualism. Therefore the solutionsare to collaborate positively by the training department, participating schools and theteachers to achieve the goal of teachers-oriented; create the favorable conditions forthe teachers by setting up perfect training mechanism; achieve the training transferby school culture reform; develop the strong sense of self-development andparticipate the train with great enthusiasm to promote the individual professionaldevelopment. |
