Research On The Training Center Construction Of Teacher Education Comprehensive Skills In Guangdong Province

This paper researches training curriculum of teachers’ teaching skill in normal universities, andsituation of teaching skill in technology normal universities, combining with a project from TheEducation Department of Guangdong Province,"Comprehensive Skill Training CenterConstruction of Teachers’ Education of Universities in Guangdong". This research selects SouthChina Normal University, Hanshan Normal University, Jiaying University and GuangdongPolytechnic Normal University as specimen.We study the present situation and the problem of teachers’ education in our county, analysis situationsthat normal curriculum developed, conclude teachers’ teaching skill in common use, and teachingskill in specialized subject. Contrast different curriculum,"3+2" in Guangdong Polytechnic NormalUniversity for teachers in vocational schools and curriculum for teachers in ordinary normaluniversities. Looking for a common feature of teachers’ teaching skill in vocational schools. At last,3modules have been concluded with training curriculum of teachers’ teaching skill: teachers’ teachingskill in common use, teaching skill in specialized subject, training curriculum of a professionalcircumstances.Combining Wide-basis-and-live-module course to summarize the teachers’comprehensive skills training of each school teaching skill training center module partition,through analysis and comparison in order to find out the similarities and differences in theconstruction of teaching skill training module between different schools, expecting referringmerit to guide the construction of Vocational Education Teachers’ Skill Training Center ofGuangdong Polytechnic Normal University, and providing some help for the Construction ofTeachers Education Comprehensive Skill Training Center of Guangdong.
