With the rapid development of Internet technology and multimedia technology,the traditional education mode has earth-shaking changes,already cannot satisfy the daily teaching tasks,teachers need to constantly improve their teaching skills,update teaching concept,change,and further enrich the teaching means,teaching mode,to promote all-round development of students.For high school chemistry teachers,it is necessary to cultivate students' rigorous and realistic scientific attitude,guide students to form scientific innovation consciousness,and enhance students' attention and participation in the society,which undoubtedly puts forward higher and more demanding requirements on chemistry teachers' teaching skills.This research is based on a survey of high school chemistry teachers in y middle school in Shihezi City.It compares teachers with different teaching ages,and selects representative teachers from each teaching age to conduct interviews to analyze and understand the teaching skills of teachers of different high school chemistry Based on the mastery and application of chemistry and how the expert chemistry teachers can improve their teaching skills,measures to improve their chemistry teaching skills are put forward.First,this study introduces the current research status of teaching skills at home and abroad,understands the development and classification of teaching skills,and defines related concepts such as “skills”,“teaching skills” and “chemistry teaching skills”,and analyzes the importance of teaching skills Theoretical basis.Secondly,based on the above-mentioned literature research and investigation of the practice schools during educational internships,a questionnaire on the teaching skills of chemistry teachers in high schools was designed to understand the chemistry teachers' mastery and use of teaching skills in different senior middle schools,which is convenient for comparative research.Then,during the teaching practice period,teachers were used to observe the classroom teaching and 3 teachers of different ages were selected for classroom recording.On this basis,representative teachers of various teaching ages are selected for interviews,and comprehensive data are proposed to improve teachers' teaching skills.Finally,from the aspects of school,education and training,and personal development,I will specifically analyze how to improve the teaching skills of chemistry teachers.I hope to propose feasible measures for novice teachers to improve their teaching skills so that they can grow into expert teachers faster.
