| Teacher training proves to be the main cantent as well as the chief means of developing front-line teachers’ majors.Junior middle school chemistry,as an important subject of elementary education,whose investigation and research proves to be more crucial.In this thesis,the status,demand and factors of junior high school chemistry teacher were mainly studied.Which provides evidence and reference for the research of junior high school teacher training in future.Generally,questionnaire survey,interview survey and literature research were mainly adopted in this study.Firstly,the institution,goal,content,form,demand and problem of the teacher training at abroad and home were systematically studied based on a mass of literatures.Secondly,the questionnaires of junior high school teacher training were compiled according to professional knowledge and the suggestions of relevant experts,which explore the training status and demand of junior high school teacher training from the following aspects: training form,training content,training teacher,training time,training assessment methods,etc.Subsequently,a total of 186 questionnaires were distributed to in-service junior high school chemistry teachers in Chongqing,and 182 effective questionnaires were recovered.Finally,4 junior middle school chemistry teachers,2 training unit leaders,1 education bureau leader,1 principal and 1 education manager were interviewed to obtain more information.After finishing the analysis of the questionnaire and interview results,it is found that the junior middle school chemistry teachers are biased towards training teachers mainly with first-line famous teachers,the training form is mainly observing the classroom of famous teachers,the training content is mainly practical knowledge,and the training assessment method is competition evaluation.Chongqing junior high school chemistry teacher training has achieved certain results,most of the students can learn to apply,but there are also obvious problems: 1.In terms of training unit,there is a lack of demand research and follow-up guidance,the content of the course is more theoreticalthan practical,and the form is not flexible enough The training quality is uneven;2.In the school where the students are located,the leaders have different degrees of attention,lack of incentive mechanisms,and prominent engineering conflicts;3.As for the education administration department,the supervision is not enough,the evaluation system needs to be improved,the expenditure is not clear enough,and the relevant regulations are not detailed enough;4.Students are at different levels,and it is difficult to adjust their demands.Some students are not motivated enough.Aiming at the current status and existing problems of junior high school chemistry teacher training,the following suggestions were put forward: 1.Investigate the demand of junior high school teachers fully,optimize the training teachers,improve the effectiveness of training and the competitiveness of the training platform;2.Attach importance to the growth of teachers,establish a sound incentive mechanism,vigorously develop school-based training,make full use of "Internet +",and properly handle contradiction between work and study;3.Grasp macro-control and improve relevant policies;4.Focus on self-development and make a good career plan. |
