New curriculum reform requirements for teachers to further improve the Ministry of Education "Guidelines for Primary and Secondary Education calligraphy " is also clear that the need forprimary and secondary school communicators calligraphy teacher training, extensive knowledgeof both teachers, but also demonstrate good moral person, multidisciplinary arts education andquality education vigorously promote the development of today’s calligraphy art education moreshoulder " to improve state of mind and cultivate the value of life," the mission, the teachershould also be a set of professional knowledge, theoretical foundation, in one of the Humanitiestalents. Teacher ’s words and deeds always affects the physical and mental development ofstudents, to develop good quality of teachers is the most important in today’s teachers’professional development.It also allows us to see the work of calligraphy teacher training is imminent, whether it isresponsible for the pre-service teacher training college, or primary and secondary schools andteacher training units, should be involved in this work. To further understand the impact of thesituation on the art of calligraphy education teacher pre-service and post-quality training, theauthor uses questionnaires, interviews, case analysis and so on curriculum, extracurricularactivities, teacher training, professional development, such as survey analysis to explore howwill the role of education in the art of calligraphy teacher quality training in full play, to providemore support and help for the future conduct of calligraphy education and teachers. This paperis divided into five parts:The first part of the introduction. The origin of the problem, research status, subjects, methodsand research significance, such as elaborate.The second part of the art of calligraphy education quality training for teachers of necessity.Respectively, from the " Guidelines for Primary and Secondary Education calligraphy ’ specificrequirements, and calligraphy art education and teacher quality training consistency expandedresearch.The third part, practice the art of calligraphy teacher quality educational role in exploringculture. This part through specific practices, Shenyang University, Shenyang NormalUniversity, calligraphy teacher training and cultural construction of primary and secondaryschool-based practical significance to explore the role of education in the art of calligraphyteacher quality culture.Analysis of the fourth part, the status of calligraphy art education teacher quality training role. Survey through questionnaires and interviews, collected more data, for data analysis.The fifth part, calligraphy art education problems and countermeasures in the quality of trainingof teachers. Identify problems, solve the problem, the author proposes to further enhance therole of calligraphy art education teacher quality cultivating a number of initiatives, from multi-perspective, to better promote calligraphy effectively play the role of teacher quality in thefuther.
